海角社区Company, Ltd., announces that it has repurchased shares as announced on December 2, 2024. As of today, 海角社区has completed share repurchase based on the resolution made at the Board of Directors meeting on December 2, 2024. 海角社区also announces treasury share retirement under Article 178 of the Companies Act to be executed.
